This is the age of e-commerce businesses, and like any other offline business, e-commerce business isn’t easy as well. There are lots of issues regarding cost and time which need to be considered. The most vital thing for any business is to reduce costs, because the less a company spends, eventually it will make more profit. That being said, a service which is preliminary used these days to cut business costs is Cloud Computing. A business can reduce its costs with cloud computing by paying a provider for only what they use. There is no need to buy software or hardware; a company would simply rent it.
The way emails are handled in any organization has changed, too. The old POP3 programs have become outdated because we want to have access to all of the emails wherever we are rather than downloading to a particular, stationary machine. The world of email is moving towards cloud computing. And exchange hosting is part of that move.
Simply put, cloud computing is a cloud of shared resources (software, hardware) where information is provided on demand and a user can be anywhere with internet access and access the resources. This makes it all very easy, because a person isn’t required to be present at some place all the time.
Other major benefits other than lowered cost associated with cloud computing include scalable storage, remote access, better response time and less energy usage.
