Dell prepares for launches new “mysterious” Smartphone version, the Dell Mini 3V. The handset has already appeared on the Chinese mobile regulator TENAA. The Dell Mini 3V brings smartphone features a resistive touch screen display, 5 megapixel camera, front camera for video calls, China-exclusive CMMB digital TV and Wi-Fi instead of WAPI.

Dell Mini 3v is designed for GSM (HSDPA) and supports TD-SCDMA networks, such as China Mobile operator. Other specs are not reported, including its operating system.
