A Dip Machine is an alternative to the conventional triceps exercises for bodyweight dips. Well, the inclination nowadays is towards doing several sets of kickbacks, pressdowns or may be few push-ups, but by using dip machine and doing triceps exercises, you will be engaging more muscle fibres and more weight hence it is a multijoint exercise.
The dip machine permits the resistance to be changed, so you can build strength until you can lift equivalent to your bodyweight.
