It’s always safe to take backup of what we store online.Agree? I say yes,because we can’t believe the online stores.They may get crash, password loss, hacks, downtimes and what ever may be the reason, finally we loose the data.
Mail box is very important for us! So,today lets take the backup of it and be in safe zone. We have a wonderful application called ‘Gmail Backup’, which will take your Gmail backup and stores in your local machine. I will teach you step by step to take your mail backup. So,follow me Here we Go…
1. Download the application and install on your PC.

2. Launch it and provide the Gmail user name, Password, Backup folder to save, From date and To date to take the backup. Once cross check all your details and click on Backup button. Process will starts showing your the progress in MB’s.
3. Once you see Done message,Open you directory where you asked to store. It will show you a detailed folder structure with which year,date and mail.
This is a simple and powerful process to backup all your mails. So, hurry and take your backups By the way if you are Word Press user don’t forget to take your blog backup first. Happy Blogging!

Earlier I used to use Outlook too save all my messages on the desktop…
